All clients are required to let us know at least 48hrs before their scheduled appointment if they are unable to attend.
We operate on a policy that clients that cancel less than the allotted cancellation time on 2 or more occasions will then require to pay a deposit for any further bookings.
Vikki is the salon owner. She is our Creative Director and 1 of our Beauty Therapists here at Obsession with over 20 years of experience within the hair and beauty industry. She works Tuesday to Saturday.
Lisa is one of our Creative Directors and with over 30 years experience within the hair industry, you know you are in good hands with Lisa. Lisa works on a Thursday from 9am to 8pm.
Natalie is a Principal Stylist here at Obsession. She has been working within the hairdressing industry for over 20 years. Natalie works here on a Friday from 10am to 8pm.
Violet is our Senior Stylist here at Obsession. She has over 3 years experience within the hairdressing industry and is a full-time member of the team, Sunday and Tuesdays are her days off.
Justine is a Hair Stylist who works on a self employed basis from our salon.
