As you know, we completed and passed our Stage 1 back last month. Stage 2 is a bigger process which will be completed over a 2 month period and is one of the larger stages of the 4 stage process. HOWEVER the course has been cancelled and so the salon will be back open as of Thursday for business as usual They shall be now starting (fingers crossed) on the 21st, 22nd and 23rd April 2020 instead. This is worrying times for us all with the corona virus BUT as a salon we are committed to carry on for as long as we are told we can. We have certain measures in place to help you all during this difficult time so please, have a read of those on our home page of our website. URGENT NOTICE Following from the latest update of the world health organisation, which has labelled the coronavirus a pandemic, we wanted to provide you with some information Obsession Hair and Beauty would like to reassure our guests that we are taking proventative measures to reduce the chances of spreading Covid-19 by asking ALL guests to sanitise thier hands at entrance of the building. Our staff are also washing thier hands in between each guest AND we are using antibacterial wipes on all surfaces and sides inbetween each guest visit. We have always prided ourselves on our health and safety and cleanliness anyway, but we feel at this time that we need to take extra procautions to help stop the spread of this virus and be compliant of the governments advice and guidance. We are also adding a screening process to our booking system to ensure all clients are well and not a risk to the salon as well as our usual due dilligence checks that are carried out on anyone who is working from our premises With this in mind, we ask you to inform us prior to your appointment if you have been or if you have been in contact with anyone who has visited a 'high risk' country and especially if you have been experiencing any flu or cold like symptoms or have been feeling unwell in general and we will help you to reschedule you appointment. Well, today we want to let you all know that we now have our shiney new appointment app which you can download from the app store.
This mean as a guest of Obsession Hair and Beauty wanting to make an appointment, change an appointment time or day, look at you Personal notes etc etc you can login and do all this from the comfort of your sofa with a cuppa in one hand and your phone in the other We are very proud to say that we have taken this next step in our journey to create a versatile salon that can cater for all our guests wants and needs!
