Obsession’s March Mindfulness awareness course
We have all been through a lot over the last few months, whether that’s having the children home schooling, furloughed from work, not able to work, like me, because of the industry we are in or just general mental health issues we all suffer with. So I have set up and start a mindfulness March challenge to help us all feel ready to get back to “normality” again come April 🤞🏼 Click the below link for the first of the ‘Live’ Facebook links explaining and talking about mental health 𝙊𝙗𝙨𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣’𝙨 𝙒𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 & 𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙘𝙝 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝘾𝙖𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙧 Here is a calendar showing each activity we shall be doing every day. I have put a lot of thought into how this month would work best for everyone. There has been a lovely response to this idea and I believe that there are so many of us out there that can really benefit from the next 28 days. I shall be in this group at 07:00am and 21:00pm every day, and, I will commit to performing each activity, whether that’s breathing techniques or meditation, on a live, along side you. I will also post the different sheets the night before they are needed. So look out tonight for your first work sheet. We can then fill them in, and we can compare the beginning of the month with the end of the month If any of you would like to share with me your feelings as we progress through the month please just message me!
