This is something we shall fill in again at the end of the month so we can compare how we feel the month has gone If you would like these sent to you as a PDF please inbox me and I can send them over to you in an email 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆/𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿/𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 This is your weekly planner to plan your time and activities into your days There is also a daily journal for you to keep a track of you feelings and thoughts you may have each day Under ‘What I am grateful for’ please try and come up with at least two or three things you are grateful for that day. It could be the sun is shining, or a lovely cup of tea, or talking to a friend or family member, or your favourite tv show was on the tele.
